Ordering

Payments

You can pay using Paypal, credit or debit card. Your card will be charged for the full value of your order, plus postage.
By cheque – please made cheque payable to Doggie Macs Ltd. Goods ordered by cheque will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared so please allow an extra 5 working days.

Delivery

We aim to provide the best delivery at the most reasonable price possible. Please allow approximately 21 working days for delivery.

Delivery Charges

Charges are calculated on the combined weight of your order and the best method of delivery for that weight being used. Please note delivery charges include handling and packing costs.

Measurements

All Doggie Macs are made to measure. We rely on accurate measurements being taken by the customer. However, if your Doggie Mac doesn't fit well due to a mistake in your measurments, then we are happy to offer a FREE alteration to correct the problem. Mistakes can be made and our priority is customer satisfaction.

We strongly recommend that two people measure your dog, one to hold the dog and one to measure the dog. See our 2 minute "How to measure your dog" video for clear measuring instructions.

Sizing

It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the dog accurately as per the instructions available on the website or order form. The customer must inform us of breed and sex of dog when placing an order.

Measure your dog standing, place hand under stomach, close to back legs whilst other person measures.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days from the date your order has been received by us. However, after 7 days we cannot cancel your order as all orders are made to customer’s individual specification and measurements. If we receive cancellation within 7 days of your order being received by us, we will be happy to refund you, excluding postage and handling charges to the original method of payment (please allow up to 20 days for us to process the transaction).

The cancellation policy complies with Section 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.


Returns Policy

We constantly strive to offer the best product most suitable to your requirements and to describe and show the items as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee the exact measurements or colours shown. However if the item you purchased is faulty we will be happy to give a full refund on the item (at our discretion). We will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the cost of the item only. No refund of post and handling will be made unless the returned goods are proven to be faulty. Please allow up to 20 working days for the credit to appear on your statement. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or unreturned items.

Non-Returnable Items

All items made to customer's specification or alterations made to customer's specification, once made, cannot be returned for an exchange or refund after 7 days of ordering, unless the item is faulty.

Complaints Procedure

A customer is obliged to look over any goods immediately after the delivery has been accepted. If any discrepancies in quantities or any defects are found, then please call 020 8906 6632 and speak to a member of Doggie Macs staff, who will try and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Lines are open between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Privacy

Your trust and privacy are our highest priority. At Doggie Macs we are committed to protecting your privacy as a customer and pledge to respect the information you provide. Doggie Macs observe the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1998. We also comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
