Your Doggie Mac will be treated on all the seams with Fabsil Seam Sealant (made by Grangers www.grangers.co.uk) before dispatch. This is a Seam Sealant which will withstand washing up to 30° but in order to keep your Doggie Mac waterproof, we strongly recommend that you treat it with Fabsil Seam Sealant regularly (approx. once a month, depending on the size of Doggie Mac and frequency of washing). This will maintain your Doggie Mac’s efficacy in keeping your dog warm and dry. Fabsil is available from our Website for the RRP of £4.99 and is easy to apply.

All Doggie Macs are made to measure. We rely on accurate measurements being taken by the customer. However, if your Doggie Mac doesn't fit well due to a mistake in your measurments, then we are happy to offer a FREE alteration to correct the problem. Mistakes can be made and our priority is customer satisfaction.

We strongly recommend that two people measure your dog, one to hold the dog and one to measure the dog. See our 2 minute "How to measure your dog" video for clear measuring instructions.
